GUIDELINES FOR SUBMISSION OF ABSTRACT
Please Print all information clearly

Abstract description of no more than 250 words should be written in English and submitted by completing printing and filling out this Abstract Submission Form. Please print the form below and mail or fax the information to us.

ABSTRACT DEADLINE SUBMISSION DATE - January 10, 2005.
All submissions will be acknowledged by email, if possible. Notification of Proposal Acceptance or Denial will be sent by January 25, 2005. All accepted abstracts will be published in the Conference Program Booklet. Submissions will not be returned and will remain property of the conference.

	Abstracts should be clear and brief.
	The aim is to attract an audience to hear more about your topic. Your topic may be easier to understand if you use subheadings.
	One of the authors must present your work at the conference. Primary presenters receive one complimentary day and must register for the conference. All others must pay the conference registration fee by May 1, 2005.
	Please be sure to fill in the name and complete address of the primary presenter on the Abstract Submission Form.
	You are free to suggest your own theme if it does not fit the main theme “To Honor the Child” (from birth through independence.)
